## Product Description & Chemistry
SilentSplit™ is an inorganic calcium oxide-based (CaO > 88.5%) expansive demolition mortar. When mixed with 28% to 32% clean cold water (5.6L to 6.4L per 20kg bag) and poured into pre-drilled boreholes in rock or reinforced concrete, it hydrates into calcium hydroxide crystals. The crystalline volume expansion generates static radial pressure exceeding 12,000 t/m² (120 MPa / 18,000 psi), surpassing the tensile strength of hard rock and concrete to cleanly split the medium.

2. **SilentSplit™ Grade II (Standard):** Operating temperature 10°C to 25°C (50°F to 77°F). Universal all-season formula with balanced crystalline growth. Reaction window: 8–12 hours.
3. **SilentSplit™ Grade III (Winter):** Operating temperature -5°C to 10°C (23°F to 50°F). Catalyzed with mineral accelerators to ensure proper hydration in freezing and sub-zero quarrying. Reaction window: 12–18 hours.

- **Hole Spacing:** 20cm to 30cm center-to-center along the desired split line.
- **Hole Depth:** 80% to 85% of total rock block height; 90% for reinforced concrete. Never drill through the bottom face.
- **Powder Consumption:** 1.5 kg to 1.8 kg per linear meter of borehole.
- **Water Ratio:** 5.6L to 6.4L of clean cold water per 20kg bag (28%–32% by weight). Pour slurry within 10–15 minutes of mixing.
